Where Are Readings Held?

All readings are held within the privacy of Zoom, which is an online free-to-use app. Dawn does not conduct readings via messenger or whatsapp.

How Do I Prepare For A Reading?

It's recommend, you arrive on time allowing 5 minutes to spare. Arriving late can eat into your minutes with Dawn. You may wish to prepare some written questions for her. Being in a quiet space and sitting still is a vital part of your agreement with your Dawn to allow her to focus. Please do not hold Dawn any longer than the allocated time, as this could cause them to be late for other clients. Use your time together wisely.

Are There Any Services You Cannot Provide?

Yes by law, Dawn cannot assist on legal, medical or financial matters. You will need to seek professional advice on these matters.

Can I Cancel My Appointment?

Appointments can only be cancelled when 48 hours notice has been given. A 20% administration will apply. You may transfer your appointment to another time under the 48 hours only. No refunds are given under 48 hours.

Can Another Person Join My Reading?

No. You are the only person permitted to attend your appointment. You may enquire with your reader about booking a family reading. No other person maybe present in the room while your receiving your reading.

Is My Reading Confidential?

All aspects of the booking process and your sitting is confidential. However should anything within your sitting, highlight a concern for your welfare, the welfare of a minor or a vulnerable adult, Dawn may advise you to seek alternative support or Dawn may directly seek that support from relevant legal bodies.

I Am Under 18, Can I Receive A Reading?

Sadly no, by law those under 18 cannot receive readings.

Is My Reading 100% Accurate?

Dawn believes, no reading can be 100% accurate. Although she sets a high standard, she asks you always to use common sense when interpreting your reading or making decisions based on information shared. Free will of you and others mentioned within readings, can determine pathways that unfold or may even change.
