If you are not completely satisfied with your audio reading please use the contact form below to let me know your needs. I offer the opportunity to refocus on your needs and ask an additional question free. An order sent is considered completed after it has been sent.
If you change your mind about your order, you must notify me via the contact form within 2 hours after placing your order. I typically start working on readings not long after your order has been placed to keep up with demand. If you notify me after this timeframe, you will be eligible for a store credit only.
Live appointments are considered complete once the time frame has been conducted.
I offer a service, and services are non-refundable.
